Lambert Gonzalez has spent his career building energy and water operations from the ground up — founding a water-treatment service company that scaled from the Marcellus to the Permian before exiting to a large multinational water-technology firm. He moved from water service to managing producing oil and gas assets in the Permian Basin. His work today spans land management, renewables and powered land development, and water-sourcing deals across West Texas, alongside continued work on the industry’s water challenges, from produced-water recycling to desalination and critical mineral-extraction. He is based in West Texas.
